Natural Wool Nesting Station Ball

Give your native birds a helping hand this spring! Our nesting balls are filled with 100% all natural wool from our happy Icelandic Sheep. The fiber is hand-carded to make it easier for the birds to remove and use to line their nests. We wanted a way to use the fiber left over after shearing and processing, and this is a great way to reduce waste while also keeping mama birds and their chicks warm and cozy!

To refill with wool: Using your fingers, gently separate a space between the wire and use your fingers or a thin tool (chopstick, skewer, etc.) to push wool inside. Refilling them is easy, making it a great project for the kiddos! During the winter, you can refill with a seed ball instead.

This nesting ball makes a great gift for bird lovers, grandparents, and anyone who wants to see more birds in their area!
